Karin Kasinger started in Real Estate in 2013 at a small boutique brokerage, with a top notch Owner Broker. Spending her first weeks and months shadowing the owner, she learned many valuable skills in how to help investors and Sellers.
After three years she moved to a Large Franchise brokerage and was immersed in an environment that thrives on teaching valuable skills so agents are better at helping their clients, along with helping one another achieve great success.
Never thinking she'd leave that brokerage, Karin was introduced to United Country Real Estate. She was blown away by their technology, national marketing success, systems, and "salt of the earth" people. The Franchise owners are involved in every aspect and thrive on helping their Franchisees and the agents working within them grow, learn and have well balanced lives.
Karin has been drawn to "Land" and the opportunities we have in our Country. She loves helping First Time Home Buyers fulfill their dream of home ownership. Or, those who have outgrown their current homes or who want/need to relocate.
She also find it very fulfilling to help those transitioning into a smaller place and understands how hard it can be to leave a home where one has spent years raising a family and/or that dream place that is now too much to take care of.
Then there's the excitement of helping Investors. Finding the "deal" to help build prosperity and some residual income.
As an investor herself, Karin loves the challenge and exhilaration that comes with the hunt for the perfect property; which is different for each individual.
There are many dynamics to each aspect of real estate and no two transactions are alike, and Karin thrives in that environment.
After spending his first 4 years in Real Estate with another local brokerage, Donaye is honored and excited to join the United Country family!
Originally from the Seattle area, Donaye Smith relocated to attend Eastern Washington University where he graduated with degrees in architecture, sociology and communications. Donaye is family oriented and a tenacious real estate specialist, who’s focus is giving the highest level of customer service.
Donaye specializes in; buyer’s agent, listing agent, relocation, luxury homes, homes that didn’t sell during first listing, and first time home buyers.
Donaye approaches his clients as an advocate and educator, going above and beyond to fulfill on client requests as well as offering information that may not have been considered.
Using innovative marketing techniques, Donaye has honed his skills for getting the greatest number of showings for his listings, resulting in top dollar offers for clients. He keeps the highest level of consulting services available for his buyers.
His approach and process help home buyers & sellers in residential and multi-family dwellings, allowing his business to work mostly with past client referrals. When Donaye isn’t out helping clients find their dream properties, you can find him in the woods hunting, training his bird dogs, trap shooting hiking, swing dancing or helping fols with their horsemanship!
